EMERGING LEADERS (IN PERSON)
Emerging Leaders – In-Person is a hands-on, two-day leadership training experience built for professionals at the start of their leadership journey. This immersive workshop combines live facilitation, peer coaching, and actionable exercises to help participants develop their leadership presence, communication, and people management skills. With a strong focus on self-awareness and practical tools, this course sets new leaders up to thrive in their roles and organizations.
Participants engage in simulations, group challenges, personal reflection, and structured feedback to build a confident foundation for leading others.
